Where art & community meet.
Makers Circle is a non-profit organization that uses the power of art and creative placemaking to help build sustainable, just, and livable communities.
We believe that the arts and artists should play a major role in community regeneration and civic engagement. Our team of community organizers, facilitators, and place-based artists use their combined talents to work with communities and non-profit organizations around the globe to develop innovative projects that put the power of the creative process at the center of community development.
In this rapidly polarizing world, where empathy, understanding, and equity are in short supply, we have seen first hand the power of the arts to positively shape and change how we experience and relate to each other and the world around us, and, more importantly, who we become in that world.
