In celebration of Women's History Month, 18 women photographers, artists, and makers will be awarded scholarships for a 50% reduction in retreat costs in 2018.

At Makers Circle we are adding our voice to the thousands of arts organizations all across the globe advocating for truly inclusive classrooms, studios, museums, galleries and artist residencies. In honor of International Women’s Day, and the #PressforProgress campaign, Makers Circle has vowed to support, nurture and empower the creative lives of women through affordable and accessible workshops, residencies, salons, circles, and retreats.

Through the end of March, 18 women photographers, artists, and makers will be awarded 50% off scholarships to attend retreats in 2018. To be eligible you must complete your retreat request form during the month of March. Retreats last 1-2 weeks, April - October 2018. Retreats are non-competitive and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis (after a short initial phone interview to make sure we are the right fit for you). If you are interested, learn more about Makers Circle Retreats, then check out our studios, and finally fill out the retreat request form. But don’t dally. Spaces will fill up very quickly.

Thank you for joining us as we celebrate, support, and nurture the creative and artistic lives of women.
